ATTENTION VOLUNTEERS, this is an e-mail from the fritz

Hey Logan,
I got your message.  Your volunteers can check in with Sharon our House Manager for duties.  What we really need are people to scan the tickets at the entrances.  Two should be enough for that.  I don't know if you have anything to hand out to people, if so your people can also do that.  As far as attire, it doesn't matter to me what you wear, but you should look nice and if you have anything that identifies you with the cycling club, that could work.  I don't think volunteers need to be here until about 6pm.  Let me know if you have other questions.

Looks like we only need 2 volunteers, but I think we may need up to 4 just for running errands and things like that. If you guys can't make it until 6PM that is totally fine, but I would recommend getting there by 5:30. If anyone is free at 3:00, we will be screening the films through one time just to verify everything is running smoothly.

FYI, we're not the first location in the US tour, but at least we're the only in ND... and it will only be shown in Duluth in MN.
