Title: Entertainment in Grand Forks, ND - Sites that are updated frequently
Post by: Sal Atticum on February 17, 2007, 11:14:22 AM
Some other places (besides your Number One Guy, Campus Dakota) to check out for things to see in Grand Forks:

Still Fighting It (http://mattfacingsouth.blogspot.com/) - A member of the band, also a prominent member of the Grand Forks music scene in general.  He puts up weekly lists (usually on Wednesday) of what is going on musically in the Grand Forks area.  A totally awesome fellow.

Culturepulse (http://culturepulse.org) - I'm not going to compete with this site in terms of overall GF entertainment, since I would rather focus on entertainment provided by UND students (individuals or organizations).  So check it out!

Summer Performing Arts Company (http://www.spacompany.org/) - "The Summer Performing Arts Company, or SPA, is an eight-week summer arts program available for students in the elementary, middle and high schools in Grand Forks, North Dakota and the surrounding communities. These programs are instructed by staff from the Grand Forks region (including the Grand Forks Public Schools and the University of North Dakota), as well as special guests from around the country."  Check them out, I hear the 2007 Les Miserables was great.
