Women's hockey tryout information8/15/2006GRAND FORKS, N.D.--Fighting Sioux head women's hockey coach Shantel Rivard has announced an open tryout session for enrolled UND students beginning on Monday, Aug. 21.Students wishing to attend should arrive at the lobby of the Ralph Engelstad Arena by 11:30 a.m. and must provide the following:*Class schedule*Proof of insurance*Equipment*Social Security numberAttendees who have undergone a physical within the past year should provide a copy. All attendees will sign a participation waiver and those under the age of 18 are required to have their parents or legal guardian sign the waiver.An open ice session will be available following the meeting at 12:30 p.m. and the tryouts will begin the following day (Aug. 22).For more information, contact Coach Rivard at (701) 777-6490.
